3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed through our platform or by phone.
• Payment for services is due at the time of booking or after service completion, as agreed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made after a cab has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Velcabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services, including delays due to traffic, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
